The trip in spurts

So I woke up at 4 am June 30th and woke Camryn up at 4:50 so we could be at the airport by 5:30. When we got to the check in desk my 1 suitcase weighed a little over 50 lbs and I had to put some things in my backpack. We only checked the suitcase and Camryn's car seat. I had one honkin backpack full of diapers, wipes, toys, snacks, a sippy cup, my BofM, an extra onesie, Camryn's blanket and an extra Binky. All the lovely things what are needed for someone other than yourself. Oh man was it heavy.
Jordan helped us as far as he could then we waved goodbye and got through security.
Except.. with a sippy full of water they make you go to the side when you're through
and they look through ALL of your stuff. I need to remember that check-in takes SO much longer with a little one and all of their stuff. Ugh
So we made it. Got on the plane, found an empty row and Camryn got her own window seat. She did really well and it was only a 45 min flight.

When we landed at 8 am my aunt Deanna and her daughter Nadia were there waiting to pick us up. We were then on our way from Albuquerque, New Mexico to Caldwell, Idaho.
Just a 16 hour drive. :0)
We stopped a couple of times for bathroom breaks, food and towards the end, a little more for Camryn's sake. She did well [thanks Velika for the books and toys] but she needed some running around time. Totally understandable.
We made it to my Sister Jody's house at 2 something in the morning. Very long 18 hr day.

More to come!
