Happy Easter!!!

Today was a great day!
What a wonderful way to start our Sabbath, with an Easter basket hunt!
Camryn followed yarn throughout the house to find her basket
{thanks for the idea Julie}
And was so excited when she found it!
Had Strawberry Shortcake treats, bubbles, pink gloves, sidewalk chalk & "TREATS!!"
Then I had Jordan search the house with clues I wrote down for him to find his.
Took awhile since a pregnant brain & a normal brain do NOT think alike :)
When he found it Camryn would not stop staring at his eggs. She knew they were filled with "TREATS!!"
Then she wanted to help open my eggs, after I searched the house with Jordan's clues.
He sent me up and down the stairs at LEAST 5 times.
{I was somewhat nice & only made him run up & down maybe once}
After the first session we headed to a park near the temple that was FILLED with families doing  BBQ's and their own festivities WITH lots of Pinatas..
Can't wait to see those on America's Funniest Home Videos :)

Camryn & Levi starting their egg hunt with such excitement..
She was good about finding the eggs, just wanted to open each one as she found them.
Made it kind of a long process
Enjoying some "TREATS!!"
We ate lunch, hunted eggs, played around & then went back home where she enjoyed her chalk
All over herself..
And we got to listen to words of our Prophet & church leaders. *sigh* What a wonderful Sabbath! Hope you enjoyed yours and had a most WONDERFUL EASTER!

What cute ideas and traditions you have begun(love the string to the basket, and leaving notes around for your "honey baskets"!) It was a great Easter, and to have Conference as well-wonderful.
I love that you let Camryn get into her chalk-sometimes ya gotta get it all over ya!
